Ingredients For easy ramen stir-fry

9 ozramen packets (3 packets)

1/2 tspsesame oil

1 lblean ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken

1/2large onion, chopped
-
3 cbroccoli florettes
-
2carrots, sliced thin
-
1 mdbell pepper, red or any color, chopped
-
1 Tbspginger, fresh (or less if using ground)

4-6 clovegarlic, minced
-
2green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- SAUCE
-
3/4 cchicken broth
-
1/3 csoy sauce, low sodium
-
3 Tbspasian sweet chile sauce
-
2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
1 Tbsprice vinegar
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcorn starch
-
2 tspasian hot sauce (like sriracha) to taste

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy ramen stir-fry

1Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, but no longer than 2 minutes. Drain, drizzle with sesame oil, set aside

2Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

3Heat a large wok over medium high heat. Add ground beef (or other protein) and onions. Cook until the beef is almost cooked through. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, garlic and ginger and cook an additional 2 minutes.

4Stir in the sauce and bring to a simmer for about 1 minute, until thickened. Add the ramen and toss until evenly coated, about one minute. Noodles should be al dente.

5Season to taste with additional hot sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped green onions to serve.
