This recipe came from my niece's home economics class. We made it for Easter as a side dish, and it is not only easy but delicious! Leftovers are also good eaten cold.

Ingredients For easy pasta primavera

2 cbowtie pasta, uncooked

2 1/2 cassorted cut up vegetables (can use frozen)

1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

3/4 cchicken broth
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspdill weed
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspthyme leaves
How To Make easy pasta primavera

1Cook pasta in a large saucepan, adding vegetables during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Drain well and set aside.

2Using the same saucepan, place cream, cheese, broth, butter, dill weed, garlic, salt and thyme. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.

3Add pasta and vegetables; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional parmesan.
