I have been making this recipe since 1988. It has been a family favorite since the very beginning. It is very easy to put together and you can also use low-fat ingredients if you want to cut back on calories, etc. You have the option of serving it with a side saled as well.

Ingredients For easy manicotti with cheese

3 1/2 cspaghetti sauce

1 cwater
-
8 ozmanicotti shells, uncooked

2 cricotta cheese
-
2 cmozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make easy manicotti with cheese

1Heat spaghetti sauce and water in saucepan to boiling; reduce heat and keep warm. Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into uncooked Manicotti. Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 cassarole dish. Arrange filled Manicotti in a single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over Manicotti. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes more.
