Ingredients For lasagna casserole

1 box(8 ounces) elbow macaroni or shells, cooked
-
2-4 cspaghetti sauce
-
1 lbcottage cheese or ricotta cheese
-
1 lbground meat
-
1onion, chopped
-
1green pepper, chopped
-
1 cshredded mozzarella cheese, divided
-
basil, oregano, garlic salt, and pepper
-
3eggs, lightly beaten
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make lasagna casserole

1Put the spaghetti sauce in a pot , and heat slowly. Season sauce with oregano, basil, garlic salt and pepper to taste.

2Fry the meat, onion, and green pepper in a skillet until the meat is browned and the onions are transparent. Pour off excess grease.

3Mix the macaroni and spaghetti sauce. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

4Put in a 13 X 9 inch casserole a thin layer of sauce, then 1/3 of the macaroni, then half of the ricotta cheese, then half of the meat mixture and another 1/3 macaroni, rest of ricotta cheese and meat.

5Put remaining macaroni on top and cover with mozzarella cheese.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
