Ingredients For easy lean beef casserole

8 ozegg noodles

1/2sweet onion, diced

14 1/2 ozhunt's rosemary & oregano diced tomatoes, do not drain

1 lblean ground beef

1 tsporiginal mrs. dash

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese, low-fat

1 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
1 Tbsptomato basil garlic mrs. dash
How To Make easy lean beef casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly coat a 13x9 baking dish.

2Prepare noodles as per package directions. Drain. Saute onions for 3-4 in olive oil until tender-crisp.

3Cook beef in about 1/4 c. water and the Worcestershire sauce; stir in original Mrs. Dash.

4In a large bowl, stir together cooked beef, onion, egg noodles and canned tomatoes. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Cover with cheeses and sprinkle with the tomato basil garlic Mrs. Dash. Cook in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
