easy creamy shrimp linguine for two
This is one of my favorite quick and easy meals. I like lots of sauce, but if you don't, then use the larger amount of pasta.

Ingredients For easy creamy shrimp linguine for two

water to boil pasta

1 tspsalt for pasta water

1 jarroasted garlic parmesan alfredo sauce (i like prego brand)

1 cbaby salad shrimp, frozen

1/4-1/3 lblinguine, uncooked

2-3 Tbspshaved fresh parmesan cheese
How To Make easy creamy shrimp linguine for two

1Over high heat, bring a 3 quart saucepan of water to a boil; add one teaspoon salt, then add linguine; return to boil, lower heat to medium high and boil for 11 minutes.

2While pasta is boiling, pour jar of sauce into a medium saucepan, add 1 cup frozen baby shrimp. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until shrimp are hot. Lower heat to barely simmer, stirring frequently, until the pasta is ready.

3Drain pasta, then pour the pasta into the shrimp sauce. Mix until pasta is covered in sauce and shrimp is evenly distributed

4Pour the mixture into serving bowl/plate, sprinkle with fresh parmesan shavings. Serve immediately.

5Recipe may be doubled.
