This is my favorite Chicken Alfredo recipe ever! I got this recipe from another website and have adapted it and added the basil. It really makes the sauce!

Ingredients For dreamy chicken pasta

10 ozlinguine

2 Tbspbutter

2 lgchicken breasts

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

2 tspminced garlic

1/2 cdry white wine
-
1/2 cchicken broth
-
1 1/4 cheavy cream
-
3/4 cparmesan cheese
-
2 1/2 ozchopped spinach
-
3 ozsun dried tomato
-
1 tspdried basil
How To Make dreamy chicken pasta

1Cook pasta according to pasta directions.

2Before draining pasta set aside a cup of the salted pasta water just in case.

3For chicken… Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper

4Melt half the butter in a large skillet over high heat

5Add chicken and cook for two minutes on each side until deep golden brown.

6Remove chicken on the plate rest for a few minutes and then shred.

7For the sauce… Turn down the heat to medium high. In the same skillet add remaining butter and garlic.

8Cook garlic slowly for 30 seconds until golden, then add the wine.

9Stir garlic and wine, simmer. Once mostly evaporated, add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

10Simmer on medium for 3 to 5 minute stirring until it reduces and thickens. Add basil

11Add spinach, chicken, and pasta. Toss pasta until the sauce thickens and coats pasta well. Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed. A little at a time.
