Ingredients For dragon noodles

4 ozwide rice noodles

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspsriracha sauce

4 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

2 lgeggs beaten

green onions and cilantro for garnish
How To Make dragon noodles

1Cook the noodles according to pkg directions drain and set aside.

2Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce and sriracha sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

3Add the butter to a large skillet or wok. Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add the beaten egg and cook until just set then turn off heat.

4Add the dragon sauce and noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve garnished with cilantro and green onions,
