Ingredients For dragon noodles

  • 4 oz
    wide rice noodles
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sriracha sauce
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 lg
    eggs beaten
  • green onions and cilantro for garnish

How To Make dragon noodles

  • 1
    Cook the noodles according to pkg directions drain and set aside.

    Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce and sriracha sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

    Add the butter to a large skillet or wok. Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add the beaten egg and cook until just set then turn off heat.

    Add the dragon sauce and noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve garnished with cilantro and green onions,
