Ingredients For diabetic pasta with fresh tomato sauce

  • 8 oz
    dry pasta
  • 4
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 c
    italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make diabetic pasta with fresh tomato sauce

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

    Put the pasta in the pot
  • 3
    Cook 10 minutes, or until al dente
  • 4
    Drain the cooked pasta in a colander
  • 5
    In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the tomatoes, Italian dressing, basil, red onion, and Parmesan cheese.
