My whole family loves this recipe, especially my grandchildren. I cook this a lot because it can cook while I'm at church on Sunday mornings and lunch is hot and ready when I get home. I serve this with a garden salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients For crockpot lasagna

  • 1 pkg
    regular lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb
    ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 jar
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg
    shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz)
  • 1 pkg
    cottage cheese (8oz)

How To Make crockpot lasagna

  • 1
    Layer dry lasagna noodles on bottom of crockpot. Spoon half of cooked meat on top, spreading evenly. Pour 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce evenly on top. Add fresh mushrooms if desired. Spoon on a layer of cottage cheese and cover with half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat to make second layer. Sprinkle dried parsley on top layer if desired. Cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
