My 3 favorites in one pot. Cheese, garlic and angel hair pasta! I just love this sauce! Makes a great side or a light lunch with some crusty bread. One of the best comfort foods I know!

Ingredients For creamy parmesan & garlic pasta

2 tspolive oil

4cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbspbutter

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

3 cchicken stock
-
1/2 lbspaghetti or angel hair pasta

1 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
3/4 cheavy cream
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How To Make creamy parmesan & garlic pasta

1In a pot, bring the olive oil to medium-low heat. Add the garlic and stir, allowing it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Mix in the butter until melted. Add the salt, pepper and chicken stock. Raise the heat to high and let it come to a boil.

2Once it is at a rolling boil, add the pasta and cook for as long as the box’s directions say. You want it aldente'. I always do the shorter time. Reduce the stove to medium heat and mix in the parmesan until completely melted. Turn off the heat and stir in the cream and parsley. Sprinkle with some parmesan and serve immediately. ( I heat the cream a little in the micro before adding, but do not boil)
