Ingredients For creamy mushroom cheese tortellini

2-9 oz3 cheese tortellini

1/2 mdonion-diced

3 clovegarlic-minced

2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cflour
-
1 cchicken broth
-
2 mdchicken thighs-cooked
-
2/3 cwhipping cream

2 csliced nushrooms
-
2 tsptorn dage

How To Make creamy mushroom cheese tortellini

1Add 2 T. Butter to a nonstick Skillet on med/high heat. Melt butter until melted. Add in garlic and onion, stirring until onion is translucent. and fragrant.

2Add in mushrooms. Continue to stir until mushrooms are softened and brown. Add in flour. Stir until all the flour absorbed.

3Heat a big saucepan of water for Tortellini. Boil 6 min. Drain hand set aside. To skillet, add in sage, stir. Add in chopped cooked chicken .

4Reduce heat and add in broth and cream. Stir again. Add back in the pasta; gently incorporate. Serve & Enjoy!
