Who doesn't like a Creamy Tortellini? Add in, Mushrooms and Chicken, and you have a Delicious Dinner.

Ingredients For creamy mushroom cheese tortellini

  • 2-9 oz
    3 cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 md
    onion-diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic-minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 md
    chicken thighs-cooked
  • 2/3 c
    whipping cream
  • 2 c
    sliced nushrooms
  • 2 tsp
    torn dage
  • parsley

How To Make creamy mushroom cheese tortellini

    Add 2 T. Butter to a nonstick Skillet on med/high heat. Melt butter until melted. Add in garlic and onion, stirring until onion is translucent. and fragrant.

    Add in mushrooms. Continue to stir until mushrooms are softened and brown. Add in flour. Stir until all the flour absorbed.

    Heat a big saucepan of water for Tortellini. Boil 6 min. Drain hand set aside. To skillet, add in sage, stir. Add in chopped cooked chicken .

    Reduce heat and add in broth and cream. Stir again. Add back in the pasta; gently incorporate. Serve & Enjoy!
