    linguine pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil or evoo (whichever you prefer)
  • 3 clove
    garlic cloves, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 2 lb
    zucchini--coarsely shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese--shredded
  • 1/2 c
    alfredo sauce
  • fresh basil for garnish

How To Make creamy linguine with zucchini

    COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED ON PKG. DRAIN, KEEP WARM.

    IN LGE SKILLET HEAT OIL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD GARLIC, COOK STIRRING ABOUT 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

    INCREASE HEAT TO HIGH. STIR IN ZUCCHINI, SALT, PEPPER. COOK, STIRRING OFTEN, ABOUT 3 MINS OR UNTIL TENDER. ADD CHEESE & ALFREDO SAUCE, HEAT THROUGH.
