    pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 1.25 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped

    Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.

    Rinse and drain in cold water.

    In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients.
