Ingredients For creamy beef noodles

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion finely chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 12 oz
    lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk {370ml}
  • 1 c
    frozen peas thawed
  • 1 1/2 c
    extra old cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 c
    chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make creamy beef noodles

    Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

    In large saucepan melt butter, add onions and cook until they begin to soften about 3 minutes, add garlic and cook another minute or two, add beef breaking it up with wooden spoon cook about 5 minutes, stir in flour ans cook another 2 minutes, stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium stir in the peas, cheddar cheese, mustard parsley and S and P.

    combine the pasta with the other ingredients and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese...sprinkle with a little paprika for added color and flavor.
