1 mdonion finely chopped

12 ozlean ground beef

1/3 call purpose flour

1 cbeef broth, reduced sodium

1 canevaporated milk {370ml}

1 cfrozen peas thawed

1 1/2 cextra old cheddar cheese shredded

1/3 cchopped parsley

4 tspdijon mustard

salt and pepper

2 celbow macaroni

1 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy beef noodles

1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

2In large saucepan melt butter, add onions and cook until they begin to soften about 3 minutes, add garlic and cook another minute or two, add beef breaking it up with wooden spoon cook about 5 minutes, stir in flour ans cook another 2 minutes, stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium stir in the peas, cheddar cheese, mustard parsley and S and P.

3combine the pasta with the other ingredients and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese...sprinkle with a little paprika for added color and flavor.
