Ingredients For creamy baked macaroni & cheese

1block (8 oz.) monterey jack cheese

1block (8 oz.) mild cheddar cheese
-
1 box(16 oz.) macaroni noodles
-
6 Tbspbutter
-
1/3 call purpose flour
-
1-2 tspsalt

3 cmilk
How To Make creamy baked macaroni & cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Shred Blocks of Cheese seprately.

3Cook and drain macaroni noodles according to package directions.

4While noodles are cooking, melt butter in bottom of a medium sauce pan. Add flour and stir with a wire whisk until smooth.

5Add milk to flour roux, salt and monteray jack cheese only. Stir until chesee is incorporated into the milk smoothly and thickened.

6Mix together monterey jack cheese sauce, Cooked and drained macaroni noodles. Pour into a 9x13 glass casserole.

7Top with grated cheddar cheese.

8Bake in oven just long enough for cheese to melt. (5-10 minutes.)
