Ingredients For crab casserole

  • 8 oz
    spiral pasta, cooked
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped, green peppers
  • 1 tsp
    minced, garlic
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 2 pkg
    (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make crab casserole

  • 1
    Saute onions, mushrooms, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender crisp. Add pasta, stir in sour cream and salt. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
