The story on this recipe is that I found it in our local hospital workers cook book.... and again, I made some changes,and tweaked it to my own liking. it's been a favorite comfort type food that my family seems to like!...a quick and easy fix, that I hope you'll like too!.....K. :)

Ingredients For corned beef noodle casserole

16 oz. pkgwide egg noodles

1 cancorned beef (broken up)

8 oz. pkgshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
2 Tbspmayonaise
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
buttered bread crumbs
How To Make corned beef noodle casserole

1cook noodles in boiling salted water. drain, and combine with remaining ingredients except corned beef...mix well, then fold in corned beef last, to keep some chunks intact!.. pour into buttered baking dish or pan, and cover with buttered breadcrumbs.
