The story on this recipe is that I found it in our local hospital workers cook book.... and again, I made some changes,and tweaked it to my own liking. it's been a favorite comfort type food that my family seems to like!...a quick and easy fix, that I hope you'll like too!.....K. :)

Ingredients For corned beef noodle casserole

  • 16 oz. pkg
    wide egg noodles
  • 1 can
    corned beef (broken up)
  • 8 oz. pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonaise
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • buttered bread crumbs

How To Make corned beef noodle casserole

  • 1
    cook noodles in boiling salted water. drain, and combine with remaining ingredients except corned beef...mix well, then fold in corned beef last, to keep some chunks intact!.. pour into buttered baking dish or pan, and cover with buttered breadcrumbs.
