When I made this for potluck, I had quite a few people immediately ask me for the recipe. Although it sounds rich, it totally isn't. The uncooked pasta cooks right through!

Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 2 stick
    unsltd butter cut 1/2" slices
  • 1 c
    uncooked small shell pasta
  • 1 c
    shredded/grated velveeta cheese
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn undrained
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 1/4 c
    optional: bread crumbs, dry (for last 10 min of cooking)

How To Make corn casserole

    Preheat oven to 350º. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a 9x13 casserole dish.

    Combine all ingredients and place onto the casserole dish. Uncooked pasta will cook fine within that 1 hour of baking.

    Cover and bake for 30 min; stir casserole and bake for another 35-40 min uncovered. You can sprinkle some bread crumbs on top as a garnish during the last 10 min of cooking.
