Ingredients For classic baked pasta casserole

1 boxpasta of choice

1 lbbulk hot italian sausage, cooked & drained

1 lbground beef, cooked & drained

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 lgonion, chopped
-
1 smgreen pepper, chopped

2 - 3 jarsliced mushrooms, drained

2 - 26 oz. jarpasta sauce, your choice
-
4 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
parsley, chopped
How To Make classic baked pasta casserole

1Cook sausage, beef, garlic, onions, mushrooms, green peper together, drain of fat/grease.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pasta according to directions on package, drain & cool.

3In large bowl combine pasta, meat/veggie mixture, sauce & 2 C cheese, mix well. Put into greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover.

4Bake 45 minutes (uncovered). Top with remaining cheese & parsley. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
