8 ozchopped clams in juice

4garlic cloves, crushed

1 Tbspolive oil

1dozen clams

1dozen mussels

8 ozlinguini pasta

1 bunchchopped flat leaf parsley

1 tspred pepper flakes

2 cwhite wine

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make clams & mussels in a garlic wine sauce

1cook pasta al dente...about 9 mins

2in a large skillet, add the olive oil and crushed garlic, chopped clams with juice, the white wine, red pepper flakes...add the mussels and clams, cover 5 mins, till they open...add the drained pasta and gently toss, add the butter at the last min.

3sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy.
