I was in a rut with my cooking and my Nana gave me some magazines that have recipes in them. I found it in one of the magazines and it's really great, it's easy to make and it just screams summer with how light the sauce is, and how bold the flavors are! If you're looking for an easy summery dish you found one!

Ingredients For citrus garlic shrimp pasta

1/2 colive oil, or vegetable oil

1/2 corange juice, fresh

1/3 clemon juice

3-4 clovegarlic, minced

5 tsplemon peel grated

4 tsporange peel grated

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 pkglinguine pasta

1 lbuncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
How To Make citrus garlic shrimp pasta

1In blender or food processor combine oil, orange juice, lemon juice, orange peel, lemon peel, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and process until blended.

2Pour into a large skillet, heat through. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

3Add shrimp to garlic mix, cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water mixture until sauce is thick enough to coat noodles.

4Drain pasta. Pour into sauce pan and toss until well mixed. Served with shredded parmesan cheese and parsley!!
