My church serves a free spaghetti meal every Monday to anyone in our community who shows up. We are a college town, so there are many students during the school year who come. Pre-Covid, we included salad and dessert. During the waning days of Covid, we only offered frozen meals for take out. We've gradually been getting back to normal. The meals can be eaten at the church dining hall, or taken home as carry out. Maybe next year we'll add the salads again. So, the "recipe" is super simple since it uses all store bought ingredients. But, it's surprisingly good!
