This is an old-fashioned "hotdish"; a real comfort food sort of thing. It's great served with a vegetable and corn meal muffins.

Ingredients For chili - mac hot dish

2 clovegarlic, chopped

1 cchopped onion

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

3celery ribs, chopped and cooked

1 cantomato paste (6 oz)

1 candiced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

1 cantomato sauce (8 oz)

1 cancream of mushroom soup, light

2 Tbspchili powder
-
salt & pepper to taste

4 ccooked macaroni
How To Make chili - mac hot dish

1In a dutch oven, brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Drain well.

2Add remaining indgredients, except macaroni, and cook until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. If dish becomes too thick, thin with more water or tomato juice. Add macaroni during the last half hour so it doesn't overcook and get mushy.
