Here's the perfect choice for a hearty dinner for a crowd. If you want to jazz it up a bit, stir in 1/4 cup each whole pimiento-stuffed green olives and pitted ripe olives with the soup in step 2.

Ingredients For chili beef 'n noodles

  • 4 c
    uncooked wide egg noodles (8 ounces)
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion (1/2 cup)
  • 1 can
    chili ( with or without beans)
  • 1 jar
    salsa (8 ounces)
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make chili beef 'n noodles

    Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.

    While noodles are cooking, cook beef and onion in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in Chili, Salsa and water into beef. Cook until thoroughly heated.

    Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
