Ingredients For chicken with pesto fettucine

2 cfresh basil

3 Tbsppine nuts

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 cplus 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided

12 ozfettuccine

4boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even inch

pepper

paprika
-
2 Tbspbutter

1/2 cParmesan cheese
How To Make chicken with pesto fettucine

1Place the basil, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, and some salt in a food processor. Drizzle in 1/2 cup olive oil while the pesto is processing. Remove from food processor and set aside.

2Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente; Drain. Mix the pesto with the fettuccine.

3Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the remaining oil and the butter to a skillet and get it hot. Cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with the pesto fettuccine and top with Parmesan cheese.
