8 ozpasta of choice

2 casparagus trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces

1 1/2 ccooked chicken chopped

1/2red onion sliced

4 Tbsppeanut oil

2 Tbspeach lemon juice and fresh tarragon chopped

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 Tbspcoarse whole grain mustard

1/2 ccrumbled gorgonzola cheese

salt and pepper to taste

fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make chicken tarragon pasta with asparagus

1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Add the asparagus the last 3 minutes of cooking the pasta. Drain

2Place the pasta in a large bowl. Add the red onion and cooked chicken.

3Whisk the oil, lemon juice, tarragon, and mustards. Pour over the pasta mixture. Stir in the Gorgonzola cheese.

4Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley
