Ingredients For chicken spaghetti

  • 1 lb
    spaghetti
  • 1\4 c
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    Rotel (10 oz)
  • 8 oz
    Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1
    rotisserie chicken, deboned and roughly shredded or cut into bite-size pieces.

How To Make chicken spaghetti

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.

    Cook spaghetti to al dente. Drain and put in baking pan.

    Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and saute until tender.
  • 4
    Add rotel and velveeta cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.

    Stir in cream of chicken soup till blended.

    Stir in chicken, mixing well.

    Pour over spaghetti. Spread to cover spaghetti.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
