Ingredients For diana's chicken noodle spaghetti

  • 6 oz
    chicken breast filet
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    greek olive oil
  • 14 1/2 oz
    can of rold gold diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato puree
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 6
    kalamata (greek) olives
  • 1/4 pkg
    rice noodles, cooked

How To Make diana's chicken noodle spaghetti

  • 1
    Sauté chicken filet in olive oil until tender. Cut in small slices.
  • 2
    Add tomatoes, purée and spices.
  • 3
    Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until thick.
  • 4
    Add Greek olives until warm.
  • 5
    Serve on a bed of rice noodles with Parmesan cheese sprinkles.
