My family loves chicken bacon ranch. Found this recipe on a reel. Substituted fettuccine because my daughter in law doesn't like spaghetti.

  • 2 lb
    chicken breasts
  • 2 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 8 slice
    bacon
  • 1 lb
    fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella

    Spray slow cooker liner with cooking oil spray. Place chicken breasts in.

    Top with both jars of alfredo sauce.

    Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

    At 3.5 hours, place bacon in oven at 425 degrees F until desired doneness. Cool and crumble.

    Cook fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water to desired doneness. Reserve quarter cup pasta water. Drain noodles.

    While bacon and pasta cooking, shred chicken.

    Add mozzarella to alfredo sauce; stir. Add shredded chicken, some pasta water, crumbled bacon, and pasta. Combine and serve.
