1 lbpasta of choice (shells) cooked

1 cchicken breast cooked and cut to small pieces

1 smonion,chopped

2 clovegarlic

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1 cof each chicken broth and milk

1 cprovolone cheese,grated

1(10oz) pkgfrozen spinach,thawed

1(15oz) canartichoke hearts,drain

dashnutmeg , salt, and pepper

1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make chicken, artichoke, spinach, and pasta salad

1Fry onion and garlic on butter for about 5 minutes.Sprinkle flour over it.Fry for 2 minutes and add the broth, milk, and spices.Stir in spinach and artichoke.

2Add the pieces of chicken and Provolone cheese. Mix in the cooked pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese.Serve warm or cold.
