This recipe was on the back of my local market's brand of boxed pasta. I made this for lunch today and all of it was gone! So...this is family approved. Hope you try it and enjoy it.

Ingredients For chicken and red peppers with penne pasta

1 pkgpenne pasta

3 clovegarlic finely chopped
-
1 mdonion chopped
-
3 Tbspolive oil
-
2sweet red peppers, seeded and chopped

1 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless cubed or chopped
-
3/4 cheavy cream
-
1 tsphot sauce ( i like frank's original)
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken and red peppers with penne pasta

1Cook and drain pasta according to directions. About 12 minutes.

2Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic & onion in olive oil until lightly browned. Add chicken, cook, stirring often up to 12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

3Stir in red peppers, cream and hot sauce; simmer 5 minutes.Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Top with parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
