1/2 cdiced onion

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 ptcherry tomatoes, halved

2 Tbspgarlic flavored olive oil

1 Tbspfresh basil, julienned

1 Tbspparsley, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

grated parmesan

How To Make cherry tomato pasta sauce

1Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic. Saute until translucent.

2Add halved cherry tomatoes, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until tomatoes start to soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.

3Season with basil, parsley, salt and pepper.

4Serve over your favorite pasta. Top with fresh grated parmesan.
