Ingredients For cheezy penne
-
1 1/2 ccooked penne pasta
-
1 pkgmozzarella cheese
-
bread crumbs
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1 cmilk
-
2 Tbspcorn starch, dissolved in tepid water
How To Make cheezy penne
-
1Melt butter in a small sauce pan, add milk, and heat on low/med, add corn starch that's been dissolved in tepid water. Stir constantly, until it becomes thick. You are making a basic Alfredo, or white sauce. ( you can add garlic salt to this, or garlic powder, or any seasoning of your choice)
-
2In a big mixing bowl, mix sauce with cooked pasta (I used Penne but you can use whatever you have handy, really.) Mix in most of the package of shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
3Place into a glass baking dish (the size appropriate for how much pasta you really want to use, I used a 9 x 7 sized dish)
-
4Top with remaining cheese, and bread crumbs. Bake until gold and bubbly in a 350 F degree's oven.
