Ingredients For cheesy tomato noodles

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 6 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 12 oz
    egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • fresh chives, for garnish

How To Make cheesy tomato noodles

  • 1
    Add the oil to a saucepan. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the tomato paste and cook until the paste is well incorporated.

    Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the milk and cook until thickened. Add the heavy cream, noodles, and butter. Cook until the butter is melted.

    Add the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Serve garnished with chives.
