I created this brand new casserole recipe for steak fanatics, combined with cheeses.

Ingredients For cheesy steak casserole

2 ccrumbled cooked bacon

1 ccubed processed American cheese

8 ozdry penne pasta

3 Tbspsteak seasoning, divided

1 Tbspolive oil

2 lbbeef stew meat
-
1 lgvidalia sweet onion, peeled and chopped

2 tspground cumin
-
3 tspseasoned pepper
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 cancheddar cheese soup (10.75 oz)

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
5 Tbspgrated Parmesan cheese
-
1 1/2 cshredded Monterey jack cheese
How To Make cheesy steak casserole

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Coat a 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and cubed American cheese; mix well.

3Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place the penne pasta in the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Season with steak seasoning.

4Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and chopped vidalia onion; saute 4 to 5 minutes or until beef stew meat are well done.

5Stir in ground cumin, seasoned pepper and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning. Remove from heat.

6In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and remaining steak seasoning; whisk together for 3 minutes until blended.

7Add beef stew meat mixture and cooked penne pasta; mix well.

8Spoon into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Monterey jack cheese.

9Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let stand for 7 minutes.
