1 1/2 cmushrooms sliced

3green onions diced

15 ozricotta cheese

1/2 cheavy cream

2/3 cparmesan cheese grated

1/2 tspeach salt black pepper and nutmeg

1 1/2 cshredded swiss cheese
How To Make cheesy spinach fettuccine

1Cook the Fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet add the oil and cook the mushrooms, green onions, and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and water and cook until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat.

3Mix the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt , pepper, and nutmeg together. Add the mushroom mixture and the fettuccine. Mix well and place in a sprayed baking pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with the Swiss cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
