Ingredients For cheesy cauliflower and pea pasta

8 ozpenne or any small tube pasta

1/4 colive oil

4 clovegarlic minced
-
1/2head of cauliflower cut into florets

2 cchicken stock
-
1 cfrozen peas
-
4scallions chopped
-
salt and pepper
-
1/3 cheavy cream
-
1 cfinely grated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make cheesy cauliflower and pea pasta

1Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water. Drain and add a little oil to the pasta and set aside.

2Add the remaining olive oil to the pot. Add the onion and saute until softened. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the cauliflower and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Let the stock reduce by half and then add the scallions and peas. Stir in the pasta.

3Add the heavy cream taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted. Stir in the butter
