Ingredients For cheesy baked mac & cheese

  • 1 box
    macaroni, cooked in salted boiling water
  • 4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • I can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    granulated italian dressing mix
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 4
    strips of cooked bacon (crumbled)

How To Make cheesy baked mac & cheese

  • 1
    peheat oven to 375 mix hot macaroni with mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups cheese, add butter(optional) bacon peices and dressing mix stir untill well coated
  • 2
    spread half of the macaroni mixture in rectangular baking pan. sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese over layer. cover with remainig pasta. sprinkle remaining cheese over top. add milk and eggs to a bowl and mix well.using a spoon poke holes in the mac n cheese then pour milk and egg mixture on top spray foil with cooking spray and cover tightly half way through cooking take foil off and cook un covered un till cheese starts to brown
