1 pkg8 ounce manicotti shells

2 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

3 Tbspfine chopped fresh parsley

2 cbaby spinach chopped [raw}

1 cshredded zucchini

1 cfeta cheese crumbled

1egg lightly beaten
-
3/4 csour cream
-
1/3 cprepared italian dressing

1 jar14 ounce spaghetti sauce

1/8 tspground nutmeg
How To Make cheese manicotti shells

1Cook manicotti according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water. I large bowl combine2 cups mozzarela cheese, feta cheese, nutmeg and parsley add the italian dressing, egg, sour cream, spinach and zucchini and mix until well combined.

2Carefully stuff manicotti and place on greased baking pan, pour spaghetti sauce over top and bake in 350F oven uncovered for 35 minutes, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese bake 5 minuteslonger and remove from oven and serve with a caesar or tossed salad and garlic bread..
