Ingredients For cheese and pasta pie

6 ozspaghetti, cooked

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cmilk
-
1 cricotta cheese
-
1 tspbasil
-
1/4 cparsley
-
1/2 cgreen onions, sliced
-
10 ozspinach, chopped, frozen
-
6eggs, beaten
-
1 tspcooking oil
-
"just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make cheese and pasta pie

1Combine the pasta, oil and 2 eggs and press into the bottom and up the sides of a 10\" quiche or pie pan.

2Cover the edge of the pasta with greased foil to prevent burning.

3Bake in a 375 degree oven 7 to 10 minutes or until set.

4Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions.

5Drain well.

6Add the sliced onion, parsley and basil. Beat together the ricotta, 4 eggs and milk, add 1/2 cup mozzarella and stir in the vegetable mixture, worcestershire, seasonings and parmesan.

7Spoon into the pasta shell.

8Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.

9Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
