8 ozdeli cajun turkey

8 ozpappardelle pasta

1 cfrozen peas

4 Tbspbutter

4 Tbspflour

4 cheavy cream or milk

8 ozgloucester cheese shredded

2 tspcajun seasoning

parsley for garnish
How To Make cajun turkey, & pappardelle in glocucester cheese

1Cut the turkey into thin slices. Cook the pappardelle in boiling salted water adding the peas in the last 3 minutes. Drain reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

2In another pan add the butte. Once melted whisk in the flour cook 2 minutes. Slowly add the heavy cream and cook until thick. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted.

3Add the pasta and peas to the mixture. Add a little pasta water if too thick. Stir in the Cajun seasoning. Serve garnished with parsley
