Ingredients For cajun chicken and sausage alfredo

2 Tbspolive oil

4 clovegarlic minced

1 cground sausage or cooked sausage cut into rings

2boneless chicken thighs thinly sliced

1 Tbspcajun seasoning

2 cheavy cream

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 cmascarpone cheese

4 cpenne pasta cooked

1/4 cfresh parsley chopped
How To Make cajun chicken and sausage alfredo

1Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water. Drain. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water

2Add the olive oil to a pan. Add the sausage, chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Drain the grease and sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning.

3Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Mascarpone cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Add the Penne pasta and pasta water. Cook until thickened. Add the parsley and stir. Season with salt and Pepper
