Ingredients For cajun chicken and sausage alfredo

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    ground sausage or cooked sausage cut into rings
  • 2
    boneless chicken thighs thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    mascarpone cheese
  • 4 c
    penne pasta cooked
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley chopped

How To Make cajun chicken and sausage alfredo

    Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water. Drain. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 2
    Add the olive oil to a pan. Add the sausage, chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Drain the grease and sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning.

    Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Mascarpone cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Add the Penne pasta and pasta water. Cook until thickened. Add the parsley and stir. Season with salt and Pepper
