I had this delicious dish in a local restaurant and tried to duplicate it at home. It comes pretty close and we really enjoy it. I don't make it very often but I really should since it is so good.

Ingredients For bullshead pasta roma

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    chopped red pepper
  • 1
    small sliced onion
  • 2 clove
    sliced garlic
  • 1/2 lb
    bay scallops
  • alfedo sauce to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish (depending on taste)
  • 1/2 lb
    ziti, cooked
  • mozzarella, to taste
  • parsley, for garnish

How To Make bullshead pasta roma

  • 1
    Saute above four ingredients in olive oil until limp. Add scallops until opaque. Then add the alfredo sauce with a tablespoon of horseradish or more. Add warm pasta and mozzarella to mixture and heat briefly. Add fresh chopped parsley to the top before serving.
