I had this delicious dish in a local restaurant and tried to duplicate it at home. It comes pretty close and we really enjoy it. I don't make it very often but I really should since it is so good.

Ingredients For bullshead pasta roma

2 Tbspolive oil

1chopped red pepper

1small sliced onion

2 clovesliced garlic

1/2 lbbay scallops
-
alfedo sauce to taste

2 Tbsphorseradish (depending on taste)

1/2 lbziti, cooked

mozzarella, to taste
-
parsley, for garnish
How To Make bullshead pasta roma

1Saute above four ingredients in olive oil until limp. Add scallops until opaque. Then add the alfredo sauce with a tablespoon of horseradish or more. Add warm pasta and mozzarella to mixture and heat briefly. Add fresh chopped parsley to the top before serving.
