2 cwing sauce, divided

2 Tbspmargarine, divided

1 lbjumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tspOld Bay seasoning

1 Tbspall-purpose flour

1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 chalf and half

8 ozcream cheese, softened and cubed

1 pkgdry onion soup mix
-
2 tspItalian seasoning
-
1 tspground black pepper
-
1large tomato, seeded and chopped
-
1 cshredded Parmesan cheese
-
1 cshredded Monterey jack cheese
How To Make buffalo shrimp with penne and bacon

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Add half the crumbled bacon and half the blue cheese crumbles; mix well. Drizzle with 1/2 cup wing sauce.

3Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

4Heat one tablespoon margarine and canola oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimps and Old Bay seasoning. Cook and stir, flipping shrimp halfway ,until pink, 3 to 4 minutes.

5Meanwhile, pour 1 cup wing sauce into a medium bowl. Grab the shrimp out of the skillet and place into a bowl of wing sauce; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinade 30 minutes.

6Heat remaining margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour; whisk until fully combined and to turns into a roux, about 1 minute. Mix in heavy cream, half and half and cubed cream cheese; continue to whisk together.

7Stir in remaining wing sauce, dry onion soup mix, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer for 6 minutes until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Remove from heat.

8Add cooked penne pasta, shrimp mixture, chopped tomatoes and remaining blue cheese; mix well.

9Pour evenly into an prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Monterey jack cheese. Top with remaining crumbled bacon.

10Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
