I created this new baked macaroni recipe combining Buffalo wings and cheeseburger. It's so delicious.

Ingredients For buffalo cheeseburger baked macaroni

1 ccrumbled cooked bacon

2 ccrumbled blue cheese, divided

16 ozuncooked shell macaroni

1 Tbspavocado oil

2 lbground beef

2 mdshallots, chopped

2 Tbspsteak seasoning

1 ccreamy wing sauce
-
3/4 tspdried oregano
-
1 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes

6 slicewhite American cheese, unwrapped and cut in half

2 Tbspmargarine
-
1 cheavy whipping cream
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 bottlechunky blue cheese dressing
How To Make buffalo cheeseburger baked macaroni

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and 1 cup crumbled blue cheese; mix well.

3Cook shell macaroni according to package directions; drain.

4Heat avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped shallots and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

5Stir in the steak seasoning, wing sauce, dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.

6Slowly spoon into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with halved white American cheese slices.

7Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Stir together and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

8Add the cooked shell macaroni; stir well until combined. Remove from heat.

9Pour shell macaroni mixture onto beef mixture in the baking dish. Top with remaining crumbled blue cheese.

10Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
