1/2 mdyellow onion-chopped

1 lblarge pasta

1 cantomatoes, canned italian-style and diced-no drain

1 canblack beans, canned-no drain

1 cangreen chiles, mild-no drain

1 cantomato sauce

2 Tbspgarlic parsley salt

2 Tbspchili powder

1/4 csalsa, chunky

1 tspcumin
How To Make beefaroni skillet dinner

1In a Large skillet on med/ high heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add in diced onion until translucent. educe heat.

2Add in spices and canned items to skillet. Stir to combined thoroughly. Turn up the heat to high, then reduce to a simmer. Stir frequently until thick. about 10 min.

3While meat simmers, heat water for pasta. I like my pasta Al dente'.

4Top with fresh parmesan and serve.
