Ingredients For beef with wine gravy and noodles

  • 3 lb chuck roast cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, halved
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • egg noodles or rice
  • i added 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in with the first 3 ingredients along with some tony's seasoning to the meat.

How To Make beef with wine gravy and noodles

  • 1
    Place 1st three ingredients in slow cooker. Mix together next four ingredients, then add the bay leaf and pour over the meat & vegetables. Cook on high for six hours.
