Ingredients For beef strips in sour cream

  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2-3 c
    beef strips
  • 2 can
    8oz spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • hot buttered noodles

How To Make beef strips in sour cream

  • 1
    Saute Onion in Butter in large skillet. Add beef strips and brown lightly.

    Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer for five minutes and stir in sour cream.

    Heat, but DO NOT BOIL, Serve over hot noodles.
