8 ozlasagna noodles,break in half

12ozboneless beef sirloin,cut into bite-size pieces

2Tbspall purpose flour

1Tbspolive oil

1 ptgrape tomatoes,(2cups)

1ozsliced crimini or button mushrooms

4 clovegarlic,minced,(2tsp)

1-14ozbeef broth,1 can
How To Make beef & noodle toss

1Break noodles in half,cook according to directions.Drain. Meanwhile,season beef with salt & pepper to taste.Toss with flour.Heat oil in 12 in.skillet over med-high heat. Add meat,any remaining flour,cook lightly brown,then add tomatoes.Cook 3-4mins.or til beef iw well browned,stirring often. Add mushrooms & garlic. Cook 5mins more. Add broth,cook 3-4 mins.more or til beef is done and liquid is slightly thickened. Add cooked noodles to skillet;stir gently to coat. Heat through. Be careful not to break tomatoes,some may cook up but some will be intact! Spoon into pasta bowls.
